iCloud sync doesnt work

I bought this app to keep a journal of places Ive been. Recently upgraded my iPhone just to realize that this app didnt sync to iCloud and the timeline was empty.

I lost all the entries I previously had, so at the moment it is useless for me since I dont trust how it does iCloud sync.
